MIYOSHI WINTER DAY – Go to CHAMONIX !
At Miyoshi Europe we cultivate the family spirit instilled by our founder Ryota Miyoshi by spending time with our teams!
Every year we organize two outings, one in winter and one in summer, to share friendly moments and develop our team spirit.
This winter, follow us under the sun of Chamonix.
DISCOVERY OF THE SEA OF ICE
We discovered the sea of ice, we went to the Montenvers station to take the little red train.
“There are 5 cog trains in France that run on slopes of over 9%. This makes the Montenvers train a unique experience not to be missed. Climbing into one of its cars is to make an extraordinary and dizzying journey. You will have the impression of going back in time in its cars with a retro look.
The 5.1 kilometer ride from Chamonix-Mont-Blanc to the Montenvers site takes place on a mountainside.
After 20 minutes of climbing we arrived at the terminus at 1913 meters above sea level and had a blast!
The visit of the GLACIORIUM, real witness of the climatic changes of our century, showed us how much the global warming has a direct and daily impact on the glacier. The sea of ice, its formation, its history, its future evolution.
We went to recover our strength before continuing the day around a typical Savoyard meal in the heart of Chamonix.
TEAM BUILDING IN TEAMS
Then, in 8 teams of 4, we faced each other on a challenge cup, multiple and varied activities, funny and dynamic in order to put forward the team spirit, the motivation of each one but also the good mood:
Human curling: A single objective: accumulate the most points by sliding the airboard
Catapult: A game of skill… Throw as many objects as possible into a moving target in record time!
Field hockey: Two teams facing each other in small games
Biathlon: Shooting with a laser rifle after a short run.
A day under the sun, placed under the sign of good mood, laughter and sharing.
We thank the Evolution 2 team who accompanied us in the animation of this day for their good mood and their sharing of mountain knowledge!
See you this summer for the next trip 😊
